Lok Lim

Lok Lim is an experienced Learning and Development Lead currently at SumUp, where they drive impactful learning through training strategy and digital content design. Previously, Lok held various roles, including Learning and Development Manager at TDCX, leading a team of trainers and managing leadership training programs. They have also worked as a Lecturer at INTI International University, where they taught Spanish and developed course materials. Lok holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technologies and a Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics from Universiti Putra Malaysia, and is currently pursuing further education in the field.
