Petko Shoshkov is a seasoned professional in payment operations, currently serving as Global Process Owner - Merchant Funds and Head of EU Payment Operations at SumUp since August 2013. With extensive experience in organizational development, regulatory audits, and project management, Petko has a proven track record in optimizing operational processes and maintaining high-quality standards. Previous roles include Team Leader in Payment Operations and Merchant Service at Postbank, where Petko managed KPI reporting, implemented software updates, and ensured high service levels.
