Silvia Todorova has over six years of experience in customer support and onboarding within the fintech industry. Currently serving as Team Lead of the Onboarding team at SumUp since August 2018, Silvia has also held roles as a Quality Assurance and Training Specialist and Senior Customer Verification Specialist. Prior to this, Silvia worked at TELUS International Europe as a Game Support Specialist and at TELUS as a Customer Support Representative.
