Sumz Consulting is a CPA-led outsourced accounting firm that combines AI automation with an offshore delivery model to give small and mid-sized businesses institutional-grade financial operations at a fraction of the cost of a traditional hire.

We serve as outsourced CFO, Controller, Accounting Manager, or full accounting department for our clients. Our model pairs CPA-credentialed oversight with a US and Philippines-based accounting team and custom-built Python and AI automation. That combination eliminates the salary, benefits, payroll taxes, and PTO liability that come with in-house accounting staff, while delivering more capability than most in-house teams can provide.

We are a Claude Code accounting firm. We do not just close the books. We rebuild the process around what modern AI tools make possible.

What we build for clients:

AI-powered AP automation processing vendor invoices across email workflows, reducing manual review by 70% and strengthening three-way match controls

Automated payroll journal entry generation pulling directly from Paycom and ADP exports, saving 80+ hours per month across engagements

Automated deferred revenue tracking with ASC 606-compliant recognition schedules across more than $10 million in client accounts

Real-time cash flow forecasting models with automated weekly updates and AP prioritization for ownership decision-making

Custom ERP integrations connecting QuickBooks, Odyssey, NetSuite, and Sage to payroll platforms, expense tools, and banking feeds

Profitability models showing true margin by client, role, and labor type using live inputs from revenue and time tracking

And really anything else you might need!
