Ben W. is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Sun Bear Biofuture, a climate tech company focused on sustainable essentials through precision fermentation. They have previously held roles at Microsoft as an AI Resident, where they contributed to machine learning research, and at Ocado Technology as an Innovation Engineer, integrating autonomous technology with grocery logistics. Ben's experience also includes positions as an Algorithm Development Intern at Aveillant Ltd, a Consultant at Innovia Technology, and a Structural Engineering Intern at Civic Engineers. They are currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Information Sciences at the University of Cambridge.
