Riley Hess

Riley Hess has extensive work experience in the field of marketing, with a focus on cosmetics and beauty products. Riley started their career at L'Oréal in 2015 as a Junior Marketing Associate for Essie. They then progressed to Assistant Manager for US Marketing of L'Oreal Paris Cosmetics (Lip) before moving on to Manager roles in Global & US Marketing for L'Oreal Paris Cosmetics (Trend & Fast Beauty) and US Marketing for L'Oreal Paris Cosmetics (Face). Riley's most recent position at L'Oréal was Senior Manager of Global Marketing for NYX Professional Makeup. In 2021, Riley joined Sun Bum as a Brand Manager. They were later promoted to Marketing Director in September 2022.
