Sue Lipscomb

Sue Lipscomb serves as the Sr. Director of Global Customer Fulfillment at Sun Bum since April 2019, following various roles within the company, including Director of Retailer and Sales Support and Director of Customer Service and Sales Support. Prior experience at Sun Bum from July 2010 to 2019 involved managing customer experience and service. Sue’s background includes a stint as Customer Service Manager at Riders Discount, Director of Communications & Project Manager at Dot&Cross, Production Manager at Flannel, and Operations Manager at Brand Iron. Early career experience includes working as an Instructional Designer at Diebold. Sue holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from The College of Wooster, earned in 1997.
