Simon Jensen

Simon Jensen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in both corporate and consulting roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary at SunCable since August 2022, Simon previously held multiple managerial legal positions at Santos Ltd from January 2013 to July 2022, focusing on onshore oil and gas, environmental health and safety, land access, and upstream GLNG operations. Prior to this, Simon worked at ExxonMobil as a Legal Consultant for PNG LNG and in various legal roles at Santos Ltd and Norton Rose Fulbright. Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Queensland, completing the degrees between 1983 and 1987.
