Jerry Ehlinger is an experienced leader in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts since February 2024. With a career spanning several decades, Jerry has held notable positions including Principal and CEO of Evald Moulding since 2011, a wholesale picture frame moulding company serving clients across the United States. Jerry was also a Board Member at AQ Acquisitions Inc. since January 2020 and served as Global Head and CIO of Public Real Estate Securities at Heitman from December 2013 to December 2023, overseeing a portfolio exceeding $6 billion. Previous roles include Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations at Tower Capital Advisors, Managing Director at RREEF, Senior Vice President at Heitman, and Investment Analyst at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
