Lee Clouser has a diverse work experience in various roles related to loss prevention and management. From 1991 to 1994, they worked as a Loss Prevention Manager at Kmart, where they successfully reduced shrinkage and conducted audits. Lee then moved on to HomeGoods, where they served as an Area Loss Prevention Supervisor from 1994 to 1997, overseeing the implementation of Loss Prevention Programs in multiple stores.
In 1997, Lee joined the University of Cincinnati as a Loss Prevention Manager, where they created a comprehensive Loss Prevention Program for multiple facilities and developed training programs. Lee worked there until 2005.
From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Luxottica Retail as an Associate LP Manager, focusing on fraud and policy violation issues by analyzing data and conducting investigations. Lee then joined The Kroger Company as a Loss Prevention Analyst from 2008 to 2010, responsible for analyzing exception-reporting data and generating investigations.
Lee then worked as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Radio Shack from 2010 to 2013, overseeing loss prevention activities. After that, they owned the General Store Food & Family Fun Center from 2013 to 2014.
Their most recent position was as a Community Manager at Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts, starting in 2015.
Lee Clouser completed an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Seminole State College of Florida from 1986 to 1988. From 2000 to 2003, they attended the University of Cincinnati where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
