Lori Rumer, CPM, currently serves as Division Vice President at Sun Communities, Inc. since June 2016, managing over 30 RV/MH Resorts in Florida and supervising a staff of more than 300 employees through three Regional Vice Presidents. With a tenure at Sun Communities that began in July 1999, Lori has also held the role of Regional Vice President, overseeing a portfolio of resorts in Florida and Arizona, which includes over 6,000 sites and an annual net operating income of $11 million, focusing on daily operations, sales, marketing, and annual capital projects. Prior to joining Sun Communities, Lori was the Director of Residential Management at The Lund Company from December 1992 to July 1999, where supervision included a portfolio of apartment communities across three states. Lori holds a degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
