The Management and Support team at Sun Group oversees strategic planning and ensures operational efficiency across all projects. Led by the Head of Department, the team includes an Assistant to the Board of Directors (BOD) for seamless communication, a Planning and Performance Management Expert for optimizing project execution, and an Insurance Manager to mitigate risks and handle coverage for the company's diverse ventures in hospitality, real estate, and construction.
