Sheila Meadows is currently the Regional Circulation Manager at ENC Media Group, overseeing operations for the New Bern Sun Journal, Kinston Free Press, and Jacksonville Daily News since 2017. Additionally, Sheila serves as a CDL Instructor at Craven Community College and has a longstanding role as Circulation Director at the Sun Journal since 1989. In previous leadership roles, Sheila held positions such as Past President of MACMA and Jacksonville Toastmasters, and Area Governor for District 37. Sheila actively contributed to the Mid Atlantic Circulation Managers Association as Treasurer from 2012 to 2015.
