Mary Waititu is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Sun King since March 2024. Previously, Mary held the position of Head of Legal at Smile Identity from November 2021 to January 2024, and served as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at M-KOPA between September 2018 and December 2021. Mary also acted as the Ambassador of the Young Lawyers Committee of the Law Society of Kenya from January 2015 to March 2021, promoting the participation of young lawyers in the legal profession.
