Michael Naylor

Michael Naylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy and investment sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at Gazelle Wind Power Limited, Michael focuses on engineering innovation for floating offshore platforms. As a co-founder and board member at Ocior Energy Holding Ltd., Michael oversees the development of Green Hydrogen and Ammonia facilities. Additionally, Michael holds the position of Chairman at Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC and is a member of the Governance Board at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. Michael’s advisory roles include positions with Sylvera, XPV Water Partners, ONE SEARCH, and SUN Mobility. Michael is also a partner at K Road, LLC, a private equity firm targeting renewable energy investments. Educational background includes studies at the Cambridge University Institute of Sustainability Leadership, St Peter's School in York, and Wharton Online.
