Andrew Ajello

Andy Ajello is a highly successful biotech and pharmaceutical commercial executive with extensive experience in leading the commercial efforts of products across diverse therapeutic areas, including Diabetes, Obesity, Nephrology, CNS, Oncology, and Rare Diseases. They have held significant leadership positions at companies such as Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Vifor Pharma, and Novo Nordisk, where they achieved notable sales growth and launched multiple blockbuster products. Currently, Andy serves as the Head of US Sales for Ophthalmics at SUN PHARMA. They are also a founding member of RxRevive Consultancy LLC, where they empower commercial leaders within the industry. Andy earned a BA in Economics from Susquehanna University.
