Arun Kumar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering within the consumer goods sector. Currently serving as the Global Head for Operations Excellence at Sun Pharma since May 2025, Arun previously held key leadership roles at Kellanova as KWS Lead Snacks, and at Kellogg Company as Associate Director – Engineering and India Capex Lead, where responsibilities included directing engineering teams and enhancing operational performance. Arun's career also includes significant positions at PepsiCo and Unilever, focusing on manufacturing management, productivity optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Arun holds an Executive General Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College.
