Christopher Brummel is an experienced professional in the fields of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK), pharmacology, biology, and bioanalysis. Currently serving as Vice President at Sun Pharmaceuticals since January 2023, Christopher has previously held significant roles at Concert Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where responsibilities included VP of Nonclinical Research & Development, Vice President of DMPK & BA, and Senior Director from January 2018 to January 2023. Prior to that, Christopher was Head of Preclinical DMPK at Celgene Avilomics Research in January 2014 and held various positions at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from January 2000 to January 2013, including Director and Senior Staff Investigator. Christopher holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physical Chemistry & Biophysical Chemistry from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Chemistry & Biology from Earlham College.
