Fatima worked as a Manager in Regulatory Affairs at Cooper Pharma from March 2007 to February 2011 and held the position of Regulatory Unit Manager at Pfizer Global Manufacturing from 2005 to 2007, focusing on Annual Product Review and process capability. Fatima also served as a Responsible Pharmacist and Regulatory Affairs Manager for North Africa at Sun Pharma in 2015.
