Manoj Kumar is currently working at SUN PHARMA as a Lead Packaging, with a strong focus on robust process control strategies for critical quality attributes. Manoj has a proven track record of enhancing productivity and internal controls in packaging process development. Prior to their current role, Manoj held positions at companies such as Ranbaxy, Aurobindo Pharma, Fresenius Kabi, IPCA, and Surya Herbal Ltd, where Manoj gained experience in packaging development and documentation control. Manoj holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Retail Operations & HR Management from Punjab Technical University.
