Orest Hurko

Orest Hurko, M.D., is a highly experienced clinical consultant with a focus on neurological diseases, gene therapy, and drug development. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Consultant for SUN PHARMA and ApicBio, Orest is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at Tufts University, where Orest directs a course on clinical trial design. Previous roles include senior consultant positions at prominent pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and EMD Serono, contributing to various projects involving gene therapy, drug safety, and regulatory strategies. Orest holds an M.D. from Harvard Medical School and a B.A. in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University.
