Seth Oltman

Seth Oltman is a Director of MLR Counsel at Sun Pharma, where they oversee legal and compliance reviews of promotional and medical submissions. With 20 years of experience, Oltman has previously worked as Counsel at Troutman Pepper, advising pharmaceutical and medical device clients on regulatory issues and litigation. Earlier in their career, Oltman served as Of Counsel at Pepper Hamilton LLP, managing complex regulatory matters and product liability litigation. They hold a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in History from Yale University.
