Sharad Barhate

Sharad Barhate is currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of CQA at SUN PHARMA, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Sharad was the Associate Director of Corporate QA at Cipla from 2015 to 2023, where they focused on quality management systems, audits, compliance, and vendor management. They have a background in quality assurance from their tenure at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and Alkem Laboratories Ltd., holding roles that emphasized manufacturing assurance, change management, and regulatory submissions. Sharad earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from North Maharashtra University, completing their studies in 1999.
