Sumit Madan, Ph.D., is the Vice President and Head of Formulation R&D Orals at Sun Pharma. Previously, Sumit held various roles including Associate Director of Pharma Research at both Ranbaxy and Sun Pharma, and Senior General Manager of Product Development Research. Sumit earned an M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. In 2022, Sumit also attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
