Mark Gauert

Mark Gauert is an award-winning editor and writer currently serving as the Executive Director of Magazines for the Sun Sentinel and as Editor-in-Chief for City & Shore Magazine. They have a distinguished career in journalism, with contributions to notable publications such as The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, and the Los Angeles Times. As the founding editor of City & Shore and other related magazines, Gauert has shaped the media landscape in South Florida. Their work is recognized for excellence at national, state, and regional levels. Currently, they are also pursuing education at The University of Kansas.
