Fernando Cerna

Fernando Cerna is a highly motivated Economist Engineer with eight years of experience in foreign trade negotiations and trade logistics, specializing in international operations within the LATAM region. They have held various leadership positions, including General Director roles in maritime transport and multimodal transport within the Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones. Currently, they serve as an advisor at SUNAT, while also pursuing multiple diplomas, including Power BI and Public-Private Partnerships. Fernando held academic roles as a professor of International Business and Trade Integration at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and contributed as a consultant to the Export and Tourism Promotion Board of Peru.
