Lorgio Moreno is a legal educator and practitioner with extensive experience in academia and law. Lorgio served as a professor at Academia de la Magistratura in 2016 and has been involved with Universidad del Pacífico since 2017 in the School of Postgraduate Studies, as well as at Universidad de San Martín de Porres, where Lorgio teaches in both the Faculty of Law and the School of Master's and Postgraduate Studies, and directs the Center for Tax Law Research.
