Spring H. is the founder and CEO of Star Strong Capital, a direct lending investment firm concentrating on emerging companies in credit and private equity markets. They previously served as managing director at Deutsche Bank, focusing on principal investments in structured credit, and held the role of partner at Briargate Capital, a capital advisory firm for distressed issuers. Spring has also been the interim chief executive officer at BirdieBox, enhancing luxury gifting experiences, and currently directs initiatives at The BOMA Project and SUNation Energy. They have a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and are pursuing a JD at New York University School of Law.
