Dovi Frances is an Israeli-American venture capitalist and the Founding Partner of Group 11, a Los Angeles-based firm focused on disruptive Israeli-related software companies. Frances has invested over $600 million in innovative fintech platforms, including Tipalti and Next Insurance, and serves on the boards of several successful companies. As the youngest member elected to the Board of Governors of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, they demonstrate a commitment to education and innovation. Previously, Frances founded a global advisory firm and worked in the financial services sector, including a role as Vice President at Deutsche Bank AG. Frances earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and resides in Brentwood, Los Angeles.
