Geoffrey Q. has a diverse work experience in customer care and call center management. Geoffrey started their career at Bank of America in 2011 as a Senior Collector I/Home Retention Specialist, where they handled delinquent mortgage accounts and offered financial counseling and payment arrangements. In 2012, they joined Carrington Holding Company, LLC as a Special Servicing Specialist, focusing on outbound and inbound calls for mortgage loans. Geoffrey later became a Call Center Team Lead and eventually earned a promotion to Operations Manager, where they supervised staff and operations in a call center and marketing environment. Geoffrey Q. joined Sunbit in 2017 as a Call Center Team Lead before advancing to Customer Care Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Care at Sunbit.

Geoffrey Q. attended the College of Southern Nevada from 2021 to 2022, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Communications and Computer Sciences.
