Kaeneth Dayao has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Starting from 2010 at UC Irvine, Dayao worked as a Guest and Event Services Representative, handling cash transactions, providing information to visitors, and collecting data for parking structures.

In 2013, Dayao worked as a Fan Service Representative for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

From 2014 to 2018, Dayao held various roles at FreedomPop, including Lead Support Representative and Support Operations Supervisor, where they supervised offshore agents, analyzed operational data, implemented new policies, and maintained excellent customer service standards.

Following this, Dayao worked as a Support Operations Supervisor/Tech Support Lead at UNREAL Mobile from 2018 to 2019, proactively communicating with engineers and resolving technical issues.

From 2019 to 2020, Dayao served as a Logistics Manager/Quality Assurance/Tech Support at Red Pocket Mobile, managing projects, collaborating with Apple and AT&T engineers, launching new phone features, and improving product launches and customer shipping experiences.

In 2020, Dayao worked as an Election Support Technician at the Los Angeles Country Registrar-Recorder, troubleshooting voting equipment technical issues, conducting maintenance, and providing training to other technicians.

Currently, Dayao is working at Sunbit as a Technical Support Engineer, Team Lead since 2021 and has held positions as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and Tech Specialist/IT Support since joining the company in 2021.
