Soo Hong has diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Soo is currently the Chief People Officer at Sunbit, a financial technology company. Soo Hong is also a Member of the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee at Adverum Biotechnologies, a gene therapy company. Previously, they were a Founding Member at Chief, a private network for executive women, and a Member of the Board of Directors at CAMP, a Family Experience Company. Soo Hong has also served as the Chief People Officer at National Veterinary Associates and the Chief Human Resources Officer at Discovery Land Company. Earlier in their career, they were the Vice President of People at Tinder and the Chief Human Resources Officer at WeWork.
