Chelsea Piazza Willsey is a Leadership & Alignment Coach and founder of Sunbloom Awakening. Grounded in her 15 years of Human Resources and Executive Leadership experience- she works with high-performing women who feel misaligned in their careers or lives, helping them gain clarity, realign their environment and decisions, and move forward with confidence. Her work blends strategic coaching, deep self-awareness, and environmental alignment to create lasting, meaningful change.

My work integrates strategic coaching with environmental alignment and pattern insight. Because real change doesn’t just happen in your mindset- it happens in how you live, work, and move through your space every day. I help you get clear, make aligned decisions, and move forward with confidence.
