Fred Bolt

Fred Bolt has held executive leadership positions in various real estate and construction companies, including SunCap Property Group, Adolfson & Peterson Construction, and Cox Schepp Construction Inc. Fred has also served as Senior Vice President at Colonial Properties Trust and Post Properties. Bolt's education includes attending West Virginia University.
