Alli Smith is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Executive General Manager of Home Claims at Suncorp Group since May 2001. Smith has successfully designed and executed strategies for home claims, emphasizing disaster management and community response. Leadership abilities include overseeing large teams across various roles, including Direct Distribution and Contact Centres, and managing customer and revenue outcomes across multiple insurance brands such as AAMI, Suncorp, GIO, Shannons, and Apia. In addition to significant roles within Suncorp, Smith holds multiple board member positions, including Chairman of HomeRepair and Executive Director at Shannons Pty Limited and Shannons Auctions.
