David McManus is the Head of Legal, Corporate Services at Suncorp, having previously served as EM Legal in Corporate Advisory. With extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity, David has held key positions at reputable firms including Ashurst and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. David began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Henderson Boyd Jackson and has a strong academic foundation with an LLB (hons) from Edinburgh University and a Diploma in French Law from Université de Paris XI.
