James Garth is an experienced professional in the fields of injury management, physiotherapy, and fitness instruction. Currently serving as an Injury Management Advisor at Suncorp Group since March 2019, James is also the Founder of Zenith Digital since June 2018 and a Crossfit Instructor at Crossfit Greater West since May 2017. Previously, James held physiotherapist roles at Physio Posture Fitness, Pro-Form Physiotherapy, and Hawkesbury Physiotherapy, where clinical expertise was developed. In addition, James was President of the Cumberland Students Guild from January to December 2015, overseeing planning, policy implementation, and resource allocation for student organizations.
