Peter McMaster is currently the Executive Manager of Business Design at Suncorp Group, leveraging over 10 years of diverse experience in global industries such as mining, logistics, and manufacturing. They have led numerous transformational and continuous improvement initiatives, earning accreditation as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Peter is recognized for developing high-performing teams and fostering strong relationships across all organizational levels. Their previous roles included significant positions at BHP Billiton, where they managed business improvement strategies and trained hundreds of employees in continuous improvement methodologies. Having graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Peter continues to drive operational excellence in their current role.
