Ronny Lay

Ronny Lay is an experienced Iteration Manager, Test Lead, and Delivery Lead currently with Suncorp Group since January 2019, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects and leading testing for regulatory initiatives. Previously, from August 2006 to November 2018, Ronny served as Delivery Lead/Scrum Master and Test Manager at NAB, managing 18 systems and coordinating project delivery while leading a team of 10 direct reports. Ronny's career began at IBM, where from January 2000 to July 2006, roles included Delivery Lead and Solution Designer, notably delivering the $3 million SolPlus transformation project and earning recognition in the form of the Service Excellence Award. Ronny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Software Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology.
