Samuel Poon

Samuel Poon is a Tax Advisor at Suncorp Group since April 2023, with a prior role as a Senior Adviser and Advisor at KPMG Australia from June 2021 to April 2023. Previously, Samuel served as a Tax Accountant at Horsey Jameson Bird from November 2018 to May 2021, during which time the organization gained a reputation for providing financial planning and taxation services. Earlier experience includes working as an Accompanist at Redeemer Lutheran College between February 2017 and November 2018, supporting two choirs through rehearsals and performances. Samuel holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Queensland University of Technology, earned between 2017 and 2020, and is currently pursuing further education with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, set to complete in June 2024.
