Sarah Beer

Sarah Beer is currently the People & Culture Manager at Suncorp Group, where they focus on enhancing workplace culture. They previously served as an Employee Relations Specialist at Suncorp Group from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, Sarah worked as a Solicitor and later as a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills, specializing in employment, pensions, and incentives issues from 2011 to 2016. Sarah began their career as a Law Clerk and then Solicitor at ClarkeKann Lawyers between 2006 and 2011. They hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Business Management (International Business) from The University of Queensland, earned from 2005 to 2010.
