Tim Ma is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and DevOps. Currently, Tim serves as a Senior Software Engineer at Suncorp Group, where they focus on upgrading legacy systems and security vulnerability remediation. Previously, Tim has held key positions at various organizations, including the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, where they developed REST APIs and migrated legacy applications. Tim also founded Crystal Consulting Group, providing cloud migration and security consulting services globally. With a Master's degree in Computer Science from Harbin Engineering University, Tim is certified in multiple advanced technologies, including AWS, Kubernetes, and project management.
