Candice Zhou

Candice Zhou is a seasoned professional in data analysis and customer storytelling, currently serving as the Lead of Customer Storytelling and Activation at Suncorp New Zealand since December 2021. Prior to this role, Candice held various positions, including Data Consultant at Suncorp New Zealand, Senior Insight Analyst at AA New Zealand, and Senior Strategic Consultant at Amey. With a solid foundation in data science as a former Data Scientist at Harmonic Analytics Limited and Business Optimisation Analyst at Telecom New Zealand, Candice also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at The University of Auckland and participated in research at the Auckland Bioengineering Institute. Candice's educational background includes a Master of Science in Statistics and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Engineering Science, both obtained from The University of Auckland.
