Jane Brewer

Jane Brewer is a seasoned executive in the insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as Executive General Manager Consumer and Executive General Manager Technology NZ at Suncorp New Zealand since August 2018, following a successful tenure at Suncorp Group from 2014 to 2018. Brewer has held various leadership roles, including Executive Manager Property Claims and Executive Manager, Insurance Platforms New Zealand. Prior to this, Brewer was Interim CIO at Vero Insurance New Zealand and contributed significantly to investment technology as Stream Lead. With extensive experience in managing large teams and complex projects, Brewer has a background that includes positions such as Application Support Team Leader and Lead Business Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Otago.
