Pavan Kumar

Pavan Kumar is an experienced professional in IT operations and support, currently serving as Delivery Lead for NZ IT Operations at Suncorp New Zealand since June 2017. Prior to this role, Pavan held positions as a Support Analyst and Service Desk Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where L1 and L2 IT support was provided to Fonterra, and at Foster Moore, offering Level 1 support for MBIE and internal users. Additionally, Pavan worked at Datacom, where responsibilities included creating knowledge base articles and resolving service requests. Pavan holds a Master’s Degree in Business Information Systems from UUNZ Institute of Business, completed in 2016.
