With extensive experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Ripzem has previously held strategic leadership roles at Southern Cross Health Society, AMP New Zealand, and HCL Technologies. They are certified in ITIL, PRINCE2, and Agile Service Management, and are passionate about continual service improvement and stakeholder engagement. Ripzem is pursuing a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.
