Samir Ibrahim

Samir Ibrahim is the CEO at SunCulture, a company that provides transaction advisory/valuation services to national commercial real estate investors/lenders, CMBS valuation. Samir has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry. Samir started their career at UBS Investment Bank in Stamford, CT in 2010 as part of the Fixed Income Securities, Currencies and Commodities Special Projects Group (FICC-SPG). In this role, Samir was responsible for structured credit operations. In 2011, Samir transitioned to PwC where they spent over a year as part of the transaction advisory/valuation team focused on national commercial real estate investors/lenders and CMBS valuation. In December 2012, Samir became the CEO at SunCulture. Under Samir’s leadership, SunCulture has become one of the premier firms in the transaction advisory/valuation space.

Samir Ibrahim attended NYU Stern School of Business and majored in finance, international business, and economic development. Samir then went on to study at East China Normal University where they obtained a degree in Chinese language and international business law. Lastly, Samir Ibrahim attended UCL and studied EU financial markets, operations management, and British art.
