With a background in statistics and research at The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Simon has a strong foundation in data analysis and research. Throughout their career, Simon has held various roles in credit management and debt recovery, showcasing their expertise in driving optimal portfolio performance and ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures. Simon holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Pan Africa Christian University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Nairobi.
