The Company is engaged in evaluation and de-risking of its Mbalam-Nabeba Iron Ore Project in the Republics of Cameroon and Congo in Central Africa, and evaluation of various development scenarios for Mbalam-Nabeba Iron Ore Project. The Mbalam-Nabeba Iron Ore Project includes iron ore deposits in the Republics of Cameroon and Congo in Central Africa. The Mbalam-Nabeba Iron Ore Project is located approximately 485 kilometers east of the coastal city of Kribi. The Mbalam-Nabeba Iron Ore Project straddles the border of Cameroon and Congo in Central Africa. The Mbalam-Nabeba Iron Ore Project includes Exploration Permit 92 (EP92) located in the East Province of Cameroon (Mbarga), and Mining Permit Nabeba-Baamegod located in the Sangha Province of the Congo (Nabeba). EP92 contains the Mbalam deposit. The Company, through its subsidiaries, Cam Iron SA and Congo Iron SA, holds interest in the Mbalam-Nabeba Iron Ore Project.
