Ian Katz

Ian Katz is an experienced pathologist specializing in dermatopathology with over two decades at Southern Sun Skin Cancer Clinic and Southern Sun Pathology, where responsibilities include diagnosing skin conditions and cancers. In addition to clinical work, Ian Katz has held leadership roles as Director and Owner of a skin cancer clinic. Ian Katz served as a Medical Advisor at Secure Health Chain from July 2019 to June 2021 and was a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization from May 2006 to June 2013. Ian Katz obtained the Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (FRCPA) from 1993 to 1997 and earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBCHB) from the University of Cape Town between 1982 and 1987.
